Eric’s art studio is located in the Cornelia Arts Building in Chicago’s Roscoe Village neighborhood. This former ice house built in 1910, is a two-story red brick warehouse sandwiched in between the “L” and Metra train tracks. It’s a space that inspires creativity — exposed brick and plenty of windows. The building is home to over 40 artists working in all kinds of media.
